Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including:

Tracked Parcel Shipping (Recommended)
Includes tracking and limited liability coverage.
If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. -
Economy Untracked Shipping (Budget Option)
No tracking or liability coverage. By choosing this option, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen parcels once shipped.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future.
Local Pickup (Saskatoon, SK)
Free local pickup available for Saskatoon residents. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup with further instructions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If you selected a tracked method, we will support you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
If you enter the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
