Refunds:

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products and the risk of tampering, all sales are final.

Once a sealed product (such as booster packs, boxes, or blisters) leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee it remains untampered. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on Pokémon TCG items under any circumstances.

We take every step to ensure products are authentic, factory-sealed, and securely packaged for shipping. If you believe your item arrived damaged due to shipping (not opened or tampered with), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
